“Our experience with this property was very disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained – dirty bedsheets, pillows, and bathrooms with no proper housekeeping. The refrigerator didn’t work, and there was no kitchenette, which added to the inconvenience.
On top of that, the location listed on Expedia was misleading. It showed the property to be close to the U.S. Consulate, but in reality it was almost 10 km away. This caused us a lot of unnecessary travel hassle.
Overall, the property did not……

In addition , room were not upto standard. something wrong with electricity wiring .. it tripped in night few times and I had to ask them to call the electrician few times. in addition the bidet with toilet was leaking .. so every day morning the bathroom was leaky . overall the stay was poor and it needs lot upgrade .. staff has been supportive to come immediately for resolution ”

“Terrible experience at this property. Booked the hotel for my elderly mom and dad they visited Hyderabad for sone urgent work. I booked it online from USA.
