Wonderful hosts and amazing pool

Perfect for large groups - superb pool. Excellent friendly hosts. Only downside was occasional road noise at night from boy racers but that wouldn’t stop me going back.

Amazing Villa

We were a multi generation family that stayed in this beautiful Villa for a week in August. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool was amazing and the whole family enjoyed using it. The Villa itself was well equipped with great sized rooms. The beds were so comfortable. Sandra and Franco made us feel so very welcome. Grande maison avec 4 chambres située à 30 min de Trevise, à 45 min de Venise( en train , à 10 min en voiture gare de Noale avec parking gratuit derriere la gare, puis 30 min de train pour arrivee a gare sta Lucia). Grande piscine avec jardin agréable mais attention aux moustiques!! Franco et son epouse sont tres accueillants.

Het verblijf bij Sandra en Franco was prima. Het huis gedateerd, het zwembad voor de kinderen geweldig. De foto's op de site kloppen niet helemaal met de werkelijkheid. Veel muggen en beestjes etc. Houdt hier rekening mee bij het boeken. Privacy is er niet echt omdat de bewoners ook rondlopen op het terrein, houdt je hier rekening mee is er geen probleem.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern im Alter von ein bis elf Jahren. Das große Anwesen hat einen sehr großen Pool und einen Tennisplatz. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, ebenerdig und sehr groß. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen.

Un grand jardin magnifique et des infrastructures au top

Super accueil de Sandra et franco qui ont été de bon conseil, la demeure est bien équipée et idéalement située pour visiter la Vénétie. La piscine est au niveau du jardin : gigantesque et magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine au top dans cette location . Une des deux salles de bain mériterait d’être agrandie mais c’est anecdotique.

Geen privacy !

Groot huis met mooi zwembad en grote, omheinde tuin. Het huis ligt aan een drukke weg, dichtbij supermarkt, winkels en het centrum, echter door gebrek aan voetpad moeilijk te voet te bereiken. Vanaf het treinstation goede verbinding naar bvb. Venetië in 30 min. De keuken (oud en onpraktisch) en het keukengereedschap (gasfornuis, pannen) ontoereikend voor groot gezelschap ! Wat ons het meest stoorde was het gebrek aan privacy ! De eigenaren, die op hetzelfde terrein wonen, maken dagelijks gebruik van de tuin bij het zwembad om te zonnen en/of luidruchtig te telefoneren; controleren? Vonden het vreemd dat wij dat niet fijn vonden….

One week in Veneto

We had a very good week in Italy. Trebaseleghe is a good location in Veneto - close to Venize, Padova and Verona. The house is OK, the garden and the pool is very, very nice. The tenniscourt is also good. Some of the beds are not in best shape. The equipement in the kitchen is rather poor - needs to be improved. We missed the possibility to barbecue. We recommend the owners to buy a good Weber-grill or similar. Otherwise we had a very good stay and the landlord was very nice.

Hôtes très accueillants, maison spacieuse, jardin et piscine de rêve et tout le reste Venise, Padoue

Nous avons passé chez Franco et Sandra un séjour plus qu' agréable, disons-le, magnifique.Nos hôtes sont très prévenants, la maison spacieuse, le jardin et la piscine sont des havres de paix. La proximité de Venise, de Padoue, des villas palladiennes ...nous ont permis de vivre en famille des moments privilégiés.

Wonderful place for holidays

We stayed in the villa for one week with friends and four little children. The house was super clean, comfy and spacious. The backyard and is huge and the swiming pool is stunning. We could enjoy it and the tennis field alone at any time of the day. Sandra and Franco looked after us well and were on hand for any queries or advices. The location is great for visiting too. Padova, Treviso or Castelfranco are very next to the villa and there is a train station with direct trains to Venezia at only 5 minutes. Thank you Sandra and Franco for this week!

Très bien

Séjour passé en aout 2015 La villa se situe dans un petit village calme La villa est tres spacieuse et nous avons eu un très bon accueil. très bon équipement : grande piscine, tennis, ping pong , barbecue .. Nous avons apprécié également les légumes du jardin. Nous avons passé un super séjour. nous recommandons vivement cette location. Le seul point négatif que nous pourrions évoquer : manque d'insonnorisation entre les chambres et la qualité de la literie.

Grande maison avec de très beaux extérieurs

Très grande maison rustique et historique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour: une très grande piscine accueillante, un très grand jardin, un terrain de tennis, un panier de basket et un barbecue ... L'idéal pour se détendre avec des ados après une journée de visite dans cette région très riche en visites culturelles. On entend cependant un peu la route. On peut manger dehors en admirant un beau potager (et déguster des légumes ou des plantes aromatiques). On peut aller à Venise en train en se garant gratuitement, à Padoue, à Vérone, ... Sandra et Franco sont des hôtes accueillants, discrets et prévenants pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Adresse à recommander.

Séjour super agréable, maison très spacieuse, accueil convivial et jardin spendide. A recommander.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour (à 9 pers) chez Sandra et Franco: gens soucieux que tout se passe au mieux et prêts à nous donner toutes les informations utiles et à répondre à nos questions. La maison est très grande, pratique. Le fait de pouvoir manger à l'extérieur soit dans une partie protégée par la pluie, soit autour de la piscine est aussi super sympa. Il y beaucoup de place ombragée, ce qui est utile en plein été. Le fait de pouvoir alterner entre piscine et tennis a bien plus à nos enfants (ado - jeunes adultes). La région est aussi merveilleuse pour les différentes possibilités de visites: Tréviso, Asolo, Cittadella, Venise (35 minutes de train depuis le village voisin, pour euros 3.35), Padova. Nous avons aussi profité d'aller aux arènes de Vérone pour un opéra, à 1h30 de route. Nous ne pouvons que remercier Sandra et Franco et vous conseiller de profiter de cette location. Nous avons énormément profité de ces vacances, de la maison et de cette région.

Good location, fantastic pool area, tennis court and garden

We a family of 5 adults and 5 grandchildren truly enjoyed our week in this very special house. The children wanted to spend all the time at the house- only offer of GELATO could make them jump into the car( necessary). Big shopping mall 5 minutes by car. 1 hour to the beach both north and south of Venice. Easy to get to Venice with train 30 minutes. Do not forget the many nice smaller cities around the Villa.Padova, Bassano di Grappa , Treviso, Castelfranco and CIttadella all within 30 minutes drive. The Villa is hosted by Sandra and Franco who lives on the premises, very nice and with a lot of knowledge of the area. The garden is FANTASTIC. Ideal for a family as both the villa and the garden has lots of space. The kitchen is not so big and could be updated a bit, but there is both a large dining table inside and also outside where we had all our meals. Good and clean bathrooms. For us older people the beds were a bit hard and could also easily be upgraded. The Villa has lots of charm and a very nice feeling thanks to Sandra and Franco

A Real Gem !

My brother has already reviewed in Italian, but just wanted to add how much we enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a villa in the Venice area and when we were searching found it extremely difficult to find something suitable. In fact this was the only villa which matched our requirements for dates and numbers. When we arrived it exceeded all our expectations - a beautiful villa inside and out, huge amount of space, fantastic pool, and great location for getting around. We flew into Treviso airport with Ryanair, very cheap, hired a car (essential) again cheaply, and the villa is an easy 25 minute drive from the airport. Close to the villa is a shopping centre with an excellent hypermarket, as well as the town with banks, shops, pizzerias etc. It is also on the train line to Venice, the station less than 5 minutes drive with free parking all day. We travelled by car to Lido di Jesolo, Padova, and Verona - train to Venice - all very easy. Your hosts Franco and Sandra live on site and are delightful. Amazingly we were the first guests from the UK and we will definitely be back. A great place to stay

Tranquilla, bellissima, piena di storia.

Una villa eccezionale, storica e spaziosa. Tutto su uno piano e adatto per le sedie a rotelle. Molto conveniente per visitare Venezia, Vicenza e Padova in macchina e anche in treno (ma non si puo tornare dopo le 21.00). La piscine e divisa in due parti e cosi e sicura per I bambini ed e pulita ogni giorno. Negozii e un centro commerciale e una simpatico pizzeria che consegna alla casa. Ma sopratutto abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di incontrare Franco e Sandra e la sua famiglia, cosi simpatico e gentili. Vogliamo tornare il piu presto possibile.

Ja und irgendwie auch Nein

Vieles von den guten Bewertungen können wir bestätigen, aber bei Weitem nicht alles. Das bislang so viel von den Vermietern geschrieben wird, liegt wohl daran, dass diese sich die überdachte Terasse mit der von uns genutzten Wohneinheit teilen und dementsprechend über allen Urlaubsaktivitäten wachen; es dauerte ein bisschen, bis auch wir die beschriebene Herzlichkeit selbst spüren durften. Küche und Bäder sind bei der Preisklasse enttäuschend, einzig die von uns genutzte Außendusche ist akzeptabel. Wo wir bei den guten Seiten angekommen sind: Der riesige Pool, der zumindest dann privat ist, wenn die andere Wohneinheit nicht vermietet ist, bei uns an den Wochentagen. Weiterhin die Infrastruktur, d.h. der Supermarkt weniger als 1 km entfernt, die Bahnstation in Noale (2 Km) und die neu eröffnete Autobahnabfahrt Scorze-Martellago. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundungen des schönen Veneto uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, um ungestört in einer alten Villa residieren zu können, fehlt es an dem Einen oder Anderen.

séjour de rêve en famille près de Venise !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos trois enfants de 4, 7 et 9ans chez les FERRARO. La demeure ancienne est pleine de charme, le jardin magnifique et la piscine de rêve! Nous partions chaque matin tôt, en train (la gare est à 5km et nous y laissions notre voiture) pour visiter Venise (quatre jours) Padoue, Trévise, etc... de retour vers 16h nous profitions (seuls!) de la piscine. Les hôtes sont charmants, discrets, toujours gentils et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

We liked the villa very much

The villa is very rustical, clean and big. We were 9 persons and a small dog. For all of us there was an activity available, like swimmingpool, tennis place and a big garden with herbage and vegetables that we could also use.. Originally we thought we would be alone in the rented villa, but the couple lived also in a house next to the villa. However the couple is friendly, peacefull and helpfull. So, there was no problem. The villa has internet, which was very imoportant to us, although the internet had a couple of times connection issues, whcih the couple tried to fix as soon as possible.

Wohlfühloase in der Nähe von Venedig

Ein wunderbares Anwesen in der Nähe von Venedig, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen & 5 kleinen Kindern dort sehr genossen. Franco & Sandra sind sehr liebenswerte und herzliche Menschen und Gastgeber. Es sind zwar nur ~ 30 km zum Meer, wer allerdings nicht schon morgens aufbricht bleibt im örtlichen Verkehr stecken und muss etwas mehr Zeit einplanen...

charming villa near Venice

"We are a family of 5 and we all enjoyed our stay at the villa. (Even our teenage daughters -17&13 yrs- loved it) The pool and tennis court are very well maintained and in perfect condition. The garden is beautiful and the villa is very nice. The owners Franco and Sandra are both perfect hosts; they are very warm hearted people, trying their best to make your stay a pleasant one. A minor detail of critisisme is the small kitchen. But nevertheless I would highly recommand this location to any one. Roland & Petra from Amsterdam"
