Exteriors: Large courtyard of 400 m² allowing parking for 4 vehicles, a terrace of 25 m² on the gable of the house and an open lawn of 1500 m². Accommodation reserved for leisure customers. From the moment you enter, marked by majestic pillars, you'll be captivated by the welcoming atmosphere of this vacation home. This spacious cottage, carefully renovated and fully renovated, elegantly blends old-world charm with modern decor in contemporary colors. Its real highlight? A vast, unfenced 1,500 m² garden, ideal for outdoor games and family soccer games. The nearest beach is just 7 km away, perfect for days spent by the water. Don't miss the magnificent Kerdalo Gardens, nestled on the banks of the Jaudy River, just 800 meters away. Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Anais verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Anais hat uns zu Beginn alles genau erklärt. Als es ein Problem mit der Haustüre gab, wurde das Problem durch ihre Mutter schnellesten behoben.Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt breite Betten 90x 200m, die auch zusammengeschoben werden können. Das Badezimmer befindet sich allerdings im Erdgeschoß.Das Haus steht ziemlich alleine auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Von Tredarzec aus kann man einfach die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Es liegt direkt an der D 786 und sowohl Perros Guirec als auch Paimpol und die Küste im Norden ist schnell zu erreichen. Für uns ein absoluter Vorteil. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
