"Beautiful estate on 5 acres 12 miles from our destination in Sarasota.Has sense of personal touch with decor, kitchen delightfully set up, making cooking a breeze. Cookware is nonstick, which we don't use, but that's okay, we always bring our own.Top quality appliances.The 2 BR and Bathroom are on opposite sides of the house, allowing privacy for guests.Screen porch overlooking pond was perfect for morning Yoga and evening meals watching herons and other water birds. "The overall stay was mixed. First the property manager did not contact the resort community, thus we not able to use the amenities for the first two days. We did receive a very small refund but it did not make up for this issue. The house was clean a decorated well, however the house smelled like old fish. We used 6 cans of air fresheners but it never got rid of the smell entirely. Lastly there was a hole in the ceiling of the entry way which made a lot of noise when the wind was blowing. Overall the community was excellent. The amenities were great!"

"It was impossible to get in contact with the listing agent for this property. Never responds to their emails. Nice place, although I had to clean the bathrooms prior to use due to soap scum in the bathtub. When the curtain rod fell down in the middle of the night and I sent them an email, no one ever responded."
