Sanierungsbedürftiges Wohnhaus

Sehr schöner Park und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Jedoch Bad, WC incl. Sanitärinstallationen und Heizung stark überaltet und dringend sanierungsbedürftig, ebenso die Elektroinstallation. Fenster mit Einfachverglasung. Küche hat abgewohnten Charme der 60er Jahre. Schwarzschimmel aufgrund schlechter Gebäudeisolierung in Fensterecken der WC-Räume und modriger Geruch im ganzen Haus (Geruch bleibt nach Abreise noch in der Kleidung und geht schwer aus der Wäsche heraus). So nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Stilvolles bretonisches Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Der Aufenthalt war klasse. Wir sind von den Hauseigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen worden (sogar mit einer Flasche Cidre und Crêpes). Das Haus ist toll. Bretonischer Stil, großzügig auf einem schönen großen Grundstück . Zum Meer ist es nicht weit (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir haben jeden Tag ausgedehnte Wattwanderungen gemacht.

Zeer grote woning op het uitgestrekte franse platteland,(geen winkels en restaurants dichtbij, Geen internet of wifi. Zeer rustig dorp met 900 inwoners, alleen bar en kapper. Fraaie rustige stranden en baaien en mooie stadjes o.a Lesneven,Roscoff,Morlaix.Eigen vervoer auto noodzakelijk. Heuvelachtig en geen fietspaden. Persoonlijk ontvangen door eigenaren met fles wijn en crepes.
