Heated swimmig-pool with a pump. Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Ty Keriquel", 2 storeys, built in 1932. In a hamlet 1 km from the centre of St Philibert, 5 km from the centre of Trégunc, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated, secured (10 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 23.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3.5 km, shopping centre 14 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 5.7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Kersidan" 2 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Concarneau" 15 km. Marina 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 4 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Pointe de Trévignon 4 km, Pont Aven, Ville des Peintres 10 km, Concarneau et Ville Close 13 km, Port Manec'h,estuaire de l'Aven et Belon 8 km, Quimper 40 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, chemin des douaniers 2 km, belles balades entre terre et mer. Please note: car recommended.

Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin, separate WC, bath/shower and double hand-basin. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

The property is beautiful, well equipped and especially the garden and pool area. The pool itself is a really good size, with very useful steps on the edges. It was extremely quiet, private and relaxing during our time here and you would hardly know there were any other properties close by. The location of the property is ideal, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven. The nearest village is Nevez (which we really liked), which has its own supermarket, bakery, bars, cafes and very good restaurants. The owners of the property, Nicole and Pierre were extremely helpful and discreet during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely respected our privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone who are looking for a place to stay and unwind in this beautiful part of France.
