“Villa is very spacious and so is garden and swimming pool. From day 1 communication with Katerina was absolutely perfect. Replied always straight away and answered to all my questions. She is brilliant host. We have arrived very late at night and Katerina left for us food and water. Life saver as we could not buy anything in the shop that day due to late flight arrival. We've had lovely time on our holiday. You can find everything you need in villa including lots of things for children.……

“Villa Triteos has a rustic charm that instantly makes you feel at home and very comfortable. We loved the many balconies, the open plan living space, the stone arches inside and out, the spectacular views, the lovely private garden with various shady areas, the hammock, the comfy beds, the great showers, the well equipped kitchen and of course the pool to cool off in. Peristerona is a pretty village and a great base to explore from. A car is a necessity to reach the many beaches, local……

“Die Hausbesitzer hatten für unser erstes Frühstück eingekauft. Sehr lobenswert und mitgedacht, da wir erst spät Abends ankamen. Ein Schlauch im Garten (der auch die Küche mit Wasser versorgte) war eines Tages undicht. Wir haben Bescheid gegeben und 1 Stunde später wurde alles repariert. Die Hausbesitzer hatten auf unser Nachfragen einige Zettel (für unsere Abreise) ausgedruckt. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Besitzer.”

“Die Lage des Objektes ist außergewöhnlich. Toller Blick auf die Küste, allerdings zu dieser Jahreszeit (Mitte März) sehr windig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da es recht kalt war, mussten wir heizen. Das ist mit den Klimageräten nicht sehr komfortabel. Leider war der Swimmingpool entgegen der Beschreibung nicht beheizt und mit 14° Wassertemperatur zu kalt. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.”

“This is a lovely house to stay in. Fully equipped with all amenities. The area is very quiet, with many birds. From the house you can walk straight into the valley. The house is also an excellent base for (Rother) hikes. The owner is very friendly and helpful; communication with him is very smooth.”

“Ein gemütliches Haus in einem schönen Bergdorf. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Vermieter Antreas haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt, er hat sich jedoch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Alles sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch! Auf jeden Fall war es für unseren Urlaub genau die richtige Unterkunft. Das Dorf Omodos ist wirklich ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf, das regelmäßig von Touristen besucht wird. Am Abend ist……

“Great pool and views but given the amount paid for this holiday it is very over rated and over priced. Had other cheaper villa holidays locally and got everything expected and more but Not here. Villa not fully clean internally, basement area especially in gym are not cleaned. Outside BBQ area not cleaned. Outside pool chairs and loungers old and falling to pieces, and we set some aside we thought were dangerous. No external gardening all the time we were there and didn’t look like garden been……

“All you need for comfortable and relaxing time”

“We are a family of 6 visiting Akamas. This village house is well maintained and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the deep and refreshing swimming pool (so unexpected in the village!) The location is centrally located, 30 min from Latchi, Polis, Lara. The only negatives are that the beds are a bit firm and you have to be very careful with the hot water - it is scalding hot. Vasiliki is a lovely host and very responsive. All in all we thought it was wonderful and would absolutely come here……

“Great location away from hustle and bustle. Easy to find and easy to get to Latchi fir all the water sports etc. Sun beds at villa are dated and weren’t enough usable ones for whole group as broken ones in underground storage and not replaced. Beautiful villa location and sunset views .”

“Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Aufenthalt in einer gut eingerichteten Wohnung mit allem, was es brauchte für uns: Ruhe, gute Möglichkeiten der Selbstversorgung, schöne Umgebung für Wanderungen/Spaziergänge, das Meer in der Nähe, einen guten Kontakt zur Vermieterin Anna. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt! Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto.”

“Lovely area and great views, quiet/tranquil stay. However, gym was more a room with 1 treadmill, stationary bike and rowing maching each, no weights. And never received the VIP access package from Expedia - albeit ours was a relatively last minute booking. But overall nice place to stay with friendly staff.”
