“10-STAR EXCELLENT EVERYTHING!! Hubby and I, were on a month long missions trip in July 2026. We stayed at 3 different 5-star oceanfront villas in Negril, Portland, Tower iles, St. Mary and three bueatiful private host homes in Trelawny, Montego Bay & Mandeville and loved them all BUT none gave us the amazing feeling of "HOME SWEET HOME" like this cozy apartment at the FDR. OMG. The pictures doesn't give it justice. The flow & bueaty of the Home is 100% more inviting. The oversize kitchen is……

“Very cozy and comfortable property. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped and furnished with attention to detail. Location is very good, beaches and the airport within walking distance. Communication with hosts was efficient and very prompt. ”

“I had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Del Condo at Paradisiac Beach Club. Pictures don't lie! The Condo was very clean, very modern and can't forget the the beds very comfortable, bathroom showers was to fall in love with. Everything was to my comfort. Very quiet and peaceful.Mosquitos was one of my concern. Do not forget your OFF SPRAY! "Mother nature."If I had an issue Mr Del was just a text away, very attentive to my needs. “We had a great stay at this condo. The only thing that I would say is…. The air conditioning is a bit difficult to maintain. It will cut off at some point in the night and then it gets hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in kitchen and living area. Overall though it was a good stay. Shower was awesome. Beds were good.”

“Wonderful unit, right across the road from Mammee Beach access (through the Bamboo Blu gate). A very safe neighbourhood, where I felt comfortable to jog and walk around during the day and at night. The pool is very private and overlooks a beautiful garden grounds. Very relaxing and intimate. The unit is beautifully decorated and has what you need. The property manager is extremely responsive. Overall loved both the location and the privacy. ”

If you're looking for a place with quiet tranquility but only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you. First off, Sherri, the host, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, helpful, and always willing to give advice or recommendations on things to do in the area. She was available any time we needed her and always greeted us with a smile. The unit……

“This property was perfect for our peaceful Christmas Vacation. My husband and I enjoyed the corner balcony; an amazing breeze with water and mountain views. Bouns that the balcony door folded ALL the way open, for the ultimate open air experenice. We visited the pool area but did not use during our visit.Hurricane Melissa left damage across the area but spared the 22 Freeport area. There are still a lot of damage recovery efforts going on but plenty to do. We will be back soon!”
