"Overall, my experience was great! The beach is on the smaller side and quite rocky, but the large pool area more than made up for it. There were several restaurants that operated on a “first come, first served” basis, so reservations weren’t available for most of them. The only restaurant where I was able to make a reservation was the Japanese hibachi restaurant. However, if you were a “privileged” guest, you had the option to make reservations at the other restaurants as well. Most of the restaurants were located on the family side of the resort rather than the adults-only side, but everything was within walking distance of each other. The only real issue I had was the temperature inside the restaurants, lounges, and activity areas. They were quite warm, especially considering how hot it was outside each day. I brought a small personal fan with me, which definitely helped keep me comfortable. Overall, though, I had a great stay and enjoyed my experience!"

"The service at the Riu Aquarelle was phenomenal. The food was excellent. The customer service upon entry was great and expedited. I absolutely have no complaints. My take away was the farewell song that added a nice finishing touch to my stay. My server Cecelia was excellent and the concierge staff at the front desk Shanice was watery helpful just to name"

"I enjoyed most of the time . Kinda disappointment when I was at the pool and was no one at pool bar and then he come with real nasty attitude. Other then that it was okay we was out mostly because of service"

"Overall experience was good! I did have a few issues. We were locked out our room several times due to our wrist band not working properly. We also felt pressured to purchase the membership package and was made to feel like if we didn’t comply we were making the staff look bad. We had one staff member tell us she was the only one that could setup our transportation to get to the airport when in actuality we booked our transportation through a different site, which at this point took me out of character for a moment. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves"

"We absolutely loved our stay here for our anniversary! ❤️ It was our first time at S Hotel Montego Bay, and we definitely had an amazing time! The location is super convenient and so close to the airport. We also took advantage of their taxi service, which made getting around so easy and convenient. All of the restaurants and bars are definitely worth checking out! We really enjoyed the amazing food, beautiful views, and overall experience. 🌴✨ If you’re considering staying here, I definitely recommend taking advantage of the all-inclusive option—you won’t regret it! 😊 Thank you, S Hotel Montego Bay, for making our anniversary so special! ❤️"
