“House was perfect for our girls weekend, lovely and clean, beds were great too. Our only complaint was the small longlife milk was open/used and left on the coffee machine, and there was no other milk for us, and there was a rinsed cup on the sink??”

“Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't……
