Stopover to Dolomites

Lovely hotel, short walk into centre. We only had a one night stay as a midway stop to dolomites so didn’t get a chance to use the spa but robes and towels provided if needed. Breakfast was really good. No restaurant on site but short walk to one recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!

The hotel was easy to reach by car and offers good parking facilities. It was no problem to leave the luggage at the hotel well before check-in and it was there for us later when we moved into the room. The room was clean and quite modern. Another plus was the offer of a museum-card, which was offered to us at reception. The card allows free access to the museums in Trento. The breakfast selection was large and delicious. However, what really bothered us, and this is more of a criticism for Expedia, was that during online booking it was not clear at all that spa access was not included in the price of our room. We only found out about this at the hotel and it would have cost us about 40 euros extra per person. This information is not visible anywhere on Expedia. On the contrary, with the description available, you'd think that the spa is included. At the hotel, this was quite a disappointment for us, as we also considered the price of around 40 euros to be rather expensive. In the end, it wasn't worth it for the single night stay and the time we had left for the day. So keep that in mind when you book a room. On the official website of the hotel, it is clearer which rooms have the Spa-access included.

Spectacular views, excellent service

We stayed here for a single night as we were passing through on our way to northern Italy. We so wish that we had stayed longer, as it far exceeded our expectations. Trento is a beautiful and vibrant city, and this hotel is an absolute gem. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and it is well worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room. Thanks for the excellent service. We can't wait to visit again!

L'hotel è veramente molto bello, moderno e funzionale. La posizione è a due passi dal centro e praticamente sotto il castello del Buonconsiglio. Lo staff gentile e cordiale. Camere comodissime, silenziose e (almeno la mia) con un piccolo dehor esterno in cui poter rilassarsi. Uno dei più belli hotel in cui ho soggiornato. Per chi vuole c'è la possibilità di usufruire di piscina spa e palestra, oppure praticamente all'ingresso c'è anche una pizzeria in cui mangiare. Consigliatissimo.

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp ist es ok, aber ich würde nicht mehrere Nächte dort verbringen wollen. Wir haben uns das Hotel größer und luftiger vorgestellt. Flur und Zimmer waren recht eng und stickig, das Chlor aus den Wellnessbereich riecht man durchs ganze Haus. Empfang gut, Frühstücksqualität war gut und lecker aber von der Anordnung im Frühstücksraum etwas unpraktisch - man steht sich ständig im Weg.

Tutto bene, molto comodo vicino al centro. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto l'hotel. Un unico appunto per la temperatura della stanza un po' troppo alta per novembre (25.6°C), nonostante io abbia spento completamente il riscaldamento. Ma qui le abitudini sono diverse.

Nice hotel

Lækkert hotel, dejligt stort værelse med udsigt til bjergene. Fed terrasse Lækkert spa Dog var det meget larm fra kl 4.30 mange af morgenerne så det var ret frusterende. Det var fra varelevering.
