"The property has a beautiful view but it has a very long and steep walk to get to any restaurants. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway. "The company that handles this house did a great job of getting us in when we arrived late the first night. The house was a bit musty, and the bottom floor sleeper sofa was unusable. Needs to be replaced. There was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot, and things were sticky. No shower in the master bedroom. only a tub with a shower hose. Only one set of keys provided for 3 people! No lights outside door."

"We only give 2 stars just for location. It is just a few minutes walk to the city center Riva del Garda, supermarket, restaurants, and water. Before and on our arrival day, the owner did not send us any information about the check in the where to go and what to do. We had to call just a few hours before arrival and request information ourselves. The apartment itself is located in a half opened cellar.
