“Amazing location with breathtaking views and a private beach. My wife and I originally booked two nights but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to five. This is a privately owned hotel that is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beach is truly something special—just Google "Praia Bilhoa" to see the photos and videos. “There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.”

“The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out.”

“The lady at the front desk was rude and not a welcoming to me or my daughters. Charge me extra for the kids. Also parking was full they only have like 8 spaces.”

“Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.”

“Pro: upgraded to a larger room; small supermarket on property; on the beach; AC unit Cons: very loud construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM and lasting all day long; they have onsite laundry facilities that cost $7.00 USD to wash per load and then $7.00 to dry in a small capacity machine!!! $28.00 USD to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry; building is pretty run down both inside and outside”
