“Lovely hotel close to centre; Clean; Friendly & helpful team; Pool and spa; Secure parking.”

“The hotel was just one street from the railway station and a few streets stroll into the town centre. Ideal in every way. The staff were excellent, efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette was functional and useful. We cannot fault these premises.”

“Le personnel est tellement gentil, et si agréable.”

“hôtel parfait”

“L’accueil, chambre et petit déjeuner”

“Rien de spécial”

“There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. But far, far worse than all of this was the bed. It was basically a plank. So hard that both my wife and I could barely sleep, and I was hobbling around with back……

“Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Patrons adorables ! Très bien servis et beaucoup d'attention !”

“Friendly and hospitable staff! Room was clean. Great location if you want to be right by the water. I imagine it would be noisy during the summer months. But lovely hotel and staff.”

“Swimming pool is very small and not so clean(outside).”
