In our experience and conversations with VRBO support this property would not be defined as not a VRBO due to the shared space. What we found was that the listing does not tell you that you are renting out the basement of a home and there are amenities listed that we did not find at the property. Everyone met or passed by while on property were friendly. Housekeeping didn’t leave the correct amount of wash cloths and towels for 3 people but host was notified and very responsive and apologetic. Apartment was very clean and spacious.
