「L'appartamento è grande, spazioso, con un buon parcheggio e lontano dal caos di Matera, ma non abbastanza da essere isolato da tutto. Il difetto principale non è della struttura in sé ma della strada per arrivarci che segue salite e discese delle colline adiacenti. Bella da fare di giorno, meno la sera.
La piscina è ben tenuta e con lettini per stare tranquilli nelle giornate estive.
