“Le logement est enfoncé dans un sous-sol. Il y a des traces de remontés d'humidité dans tout le logement. De ce fait, il y a une forte odeur d'humidité et de moisissure dans tout le logement. La propriétaire a mis un diffuseur de parfum extrêmement fort. Je suppose pour masquer les mauvaises odeurs. La chasse d'eau des wc ne fonctionne pas correctement. Réponse de la propriétaire lorsque nous lui avons signalé le problème "appuyez très fort sur le bouton". Une blague ? Il y avait une ouverture……

“The apartment was clean and tidy. There were one or two gripes. There wasn't a kettle in the kitchen so we used the hob to boil water for coffee in the morning. Halfway through the holiday, the host offered to clean the apartment but at our cost and said that the linen change is scheduled regularly at no cost We said that we would keep the apartment clean during our stay. However, there was no linen change during our entire 2 week stay which we found strange. Apart from that, we had a good stay.”

“Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded.”

“L’hôte a bien répondu à nos demandes. L’appartement était propre et avec plusieurs commodités. Cependant, la chambre étant au sous-sol et côté rue, le sommeil en était perturbé. Nous nous devons de signaler qu’énormément de déchets jonchent les rues avoisinantes.”

“L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier très caractéristique de Naples, vivant et sympathique. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant. L'appartement se compose d'une cusine dès l'entrée principale. Dans la cusine, une échelle conduit à la première chambre de trois lit et une salle de bain. Il s'agit d'une chambre mezzanine, donc pas de portes. Puis il y a un très grand salon, où peut-être une table basse pourrait être utile quand in veut profiter du canapé. Dans ce même salon une autre……

“Lovely villa with own pool. Met by owners who couldn't have done more for us. Greeted with wine, bread and mozzarella. Did days out to Capri, Pompeii and palace in Caserta. Lovely to come back to villa at end of the day to relax by the pool.”
