“Property in a nice landscape, but essential things for feeling well there are missing. Almost NO running tab water. No warm water. shower could not be used....no warming blankets. I will mot return :(”

“What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. That was a life saver on many occasions.The house was very inviting and open with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sounds of nature all around you. A short drive into the city of Split and it's beautiful beaches and City……

“When we were looking to book a house for our vacation, we thought our requirements were impossible: a secluded place to enjoy family, but walkable to everything. Then we found Vacation House Šumica! This house is a 5 minute walk from everything - groceries, bakery, fishmarket, restaurants. But once you walk thru the garden door you feel like you are in a secluded getaway with olive and fruit trees, 6 different seating areas and a pool to soak in. The house itself is well equipped, with a layout……

“We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was well equipped and clean with lots of space and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful views. The location is absolutely excellent! Right on top of the beach, with a grocery store round the corner and a great restaurant a minute walk away. The property manager was great and checking in/out was seamless. The only thing we hadn’t realised from the listing Which didn’t make this very clear was that this is essentially two separate……

“Wir waren 7 Tage in dem typisch dalmatinischen Häuschen und konnten wundervolle Tage verbringen. Der Vermieter stand uns von Anfang an mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr gepflegt, mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit der urigen Umgebung.”

“Es war wundervoll. Das Haus, das Grundstück, die Lage...alles hat perfekt gepasst. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Für Kinder die optimale Größe und Beschäftigungen sind genug vorhanden. Der Pool und der Whirpool waren sehr sauber und immer wieder zum entspannen und spielen optimal. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich.Alleine die Aussicht ist die Reise wehrt. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, der auch zum Essen geeignet ist.
