Great location. The room was a good size ,but the beds were just a box with nothing better than a mattress pillow top. They were not running the A/C because the temperature outside was just under 20 degrees so we had to open the windows in the room and we got all the noise from the street and neighbors plus the church bells rang every fifteen minutes

Bad experience. The small safe to keep our passport, extra money never worked. Light/Power went off twice in our room. Only 2 sachet of white sugar & tea bags provided for 3 adults, no fridge on such hot days. Staff would not make an effort to resolve these small demands which can make a difference. There are no facilities like a gym, etc. You just get an average size room with bath/toilet and a small kettle, some coffee sachet but no milk and a wardrobe. Apparently you can buy milk at the reception but no-one told us. I would like some refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused.

"We were booked for 2nights and we were so looking forward to it because of all the excellent reviews. However we booked the hotel in the morning and around 2pm our car broke down in Aprica. It was impossible to restart the car so we spent the day in aprica ,on the street ,waiting for the road assistance ..."
