“Clean, no-frills room with a kitchenette was all we needed for a NYE getaway with our two dogs. Check-in was quick and the staff checked on us a few times during our stay. Our two dogs came with us and loved the beach! My one complaint would be the sheerness of the curtains in the bathroom - anyone in the house behind the inn would be able to see inside. I remedied it by hanging a towel over the curtain rod. :)”

“Yes, this was a good location and the property manager was quick to respond to any question. The place was quiet and there was no drama around us. People need to know more explicitly that there is a highway you have to cross to walk to the beach. I was saddened that on my first vacation in fourteen years I had to dust the place. Dust is other people and their pets skin cells. It is kind of gross.”

“We have stayed multiple times at Pier Pointe. This particular condo unit was in Pier Pointe West, adjacent to the older condo's. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and the owner included many thoughtful touches, such as coffee, spices, and plenty of clean kitchen towels. We very much appreciated she had decorated it for Thanksgiving for our stay, including a platter that made it easy to serve the turkey! One of the best features of the condo was how quiet it was--perhaps they improved the……

“We are repeat guests to Bogue Suites & 1st time guests finally catching this loveable unit open. We enjoyed the feel of extra privacy —upstairs, at the end! The screened porch gives extra sq.ft. to expand, to enjoy “private dining” w/ a view of the Sound, and great for storing extras, or to dry your clothes on the rack. We chose to bring our own linens rather than an extra $80, so that was homey. (The quilt, bath rug, and HotPads were provided). We cooked alot w/ the nice Cuisinart……
