Villa Aurora is a high-end architect-designed villa, rated 5 stars by Atout France. Delivered in November 2024, it boasts a modern style with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea. The layout maximises natural light and offers exceptional panoramic views of the Bay of Fort-de-France, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Clean lines and materials such as glass and concrete give the villa a unique character. In short, living at Villa Aurora is above all an experience! The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Anse à l'Âne, Anse Mitan, Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, Grande Anse, and Anses d'Arlet. A car is essential to get there, and a good quality vehicle is necessary to access the villa. (Avoid small rental cars in category A1; opt for at least category A2 or higher). The villa's surroundings are calm and relaxing. The sound of the saltwater pool overflowing will tempt you with a refreshing dip. A bench is provided, allowing you to admire the panoramic views of the Pitons du Carbet or, on a clear day, the summit of Mount Pelée, while sipping a planter's punch or a local cocktail. A pool safety system using infrared sensors ensures children's safety and prevents any risk of drowning; however, parental or adult supervision remains essential. The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an induction hob with integrated extractor hood, wine cellar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Accessories for your comfort include a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, citrus press, and an ENO outdoor griddle. Waste sorting is facilitated by the presence of recycling bins. The villa has 3 bedrooms: the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms located on the ground floor are each approximately 15m2 and each has a queen-size bed, double curtains, a bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet, or an office area. The first bedroom opens onto the pool terrace via a sliding glass door, while the second bedroom boasts a sea view with a private terrace offering a superb ocean view. Upstairs, the third air-conditioned bedroom is a true luxury suite of approximately 80 m², equipped with a corner whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in shower, a private toilet, a dressing room, and a 10 m² private terrace offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Bay of Fort-de-France. Also upstairs is an air-conditioned cinema/relaxation area with a projector showing Orange TV channels and Netflix. This space features leather sofas facing a large (fixed) bay window offering superb starry nights and breathtaking sunsets. To access the accommodation, there are two concrete ramps, each approximately 30 metres long. The first ramp leads to two apartments (also called Aurora 1 and 2), each a 2-bedroom (F3) type unit. A second ramp provides access to the main villa, Villa Aurora. Parking is available in front of the villa's entrance on a level area. If the villa's three bedrooms are insufficient, or if you wish to accommodate a larger group or distribute friends and family among different accommodation, two other villas (called Aurora 1 and 2, rated 4 stars by Atout France) located below the main villa, Villa Aurora, are available on the same property. These are type F3 (2 air-conditioned bedrooms per unit) with an interior area of 45 m² and an outdoor terrace of approximately 25 m² with a private saltwater pool for each unit, measuring 2.70m long by 2m wide and 1.40m deep, nicknamed the "punch tub". The sea view is equally magnificent, overlooking the bay of Fort-de-France.
