Studio 202 - Allamanda Le logement présente quelques inconvénients dont plusieurs peuvent être améliorés : environnement urbain bruyant la nuit, unique fenêtre hermétiquement fermée à clé (jalousies uniquement) alors que la photo de l'annonce montre une fenêtre totalement ouverte; literie dans laquelle on s'enfonce comme dans une chaise longue; difficulté de communication avec l'agence qui renvoie systématiquement à une conciergerie et force ainsi à communiquer hors Airbnb. Il y a eu de l'attente à l'arrivée (une heure) et une ponctualité satisfaisante au départ. Les points forts : il est en excellent état, bien équipé, très propre, très haut de plafond, au dernier étage, tranquille dans la journée et très bien placé géographiquement. Enfin, le prix est raisonnable.

Studio 202 - Allamanda En général c’était bien, par contre faire attention car mauvaise adresse affiché sur le site, le numéro de porte est le 55 et non le 15. Nous avons cherché très longtemps. L’arrivée n’était pas super, car nous avons beaucoup cherché et personne ne s’était présenté à l’heure prévu, mais après un coup de téléphone, nous avons eu quelqu’un rapidement, très sympathique! Cependant, nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait de commodité tel que mouchoir, serviette, essuie-vaisselle, etc. Problème réglé une fois le problème mentionné au propriétaire. Au niveau de la literie, seulement un petit drap… pas suffisant à mon avis. Niveau propreté, c’était très bien, l’espace est très bien aussi pour un couple, salle de bain très propre. Hôte très réactif et proactif, somme toute nous avons apprécié notre visite. Dernier point, le wifi n’est pas très rapide et peu puissant, mais fait le travail en général. Je recommande:)

Studio 202 - Allamanda Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Cathy et David ainsi que leur réactivité et leur flexibilité. Le logement est situé à 5min à peine de la plage et des commerces (boulangeries, boutiques, restaurants) et il y a un parking public à proximité. Je recommande !
