En effet la double confirmation de réservation nécessaire (même en ayant déjà réglé la chambre par avance), d'abord sur expedia, puis ensuite directement auprès de l'hôtel est un handicap si vous ne le savez pas au départ et si vous n'avez pas d'accès internet avant votre arrivée, ce qui était mon cas. 「Probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, spacious, design of the room was very well thought out. Breakfast was amazing, had everything and catered for all diets. Staff were very polite. Due to a problem with air con we were up graded - this was at check in - so didn't even have to go to the original room - it was all sorted before we got there. We would love to come back.」

「Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel...
