Cosy hotel

Excellent hotel in the middle of Old city. Close to station and busstop for Flybus. Fantastic breakfast and smiling and helpful staff. Small rooms but very clean and bathroom tiptop.

Just an OK place to sleep and nothing more. Was in the old wing of the hotel and the door sills were rather on the high side; hazardous if you ask me so please pay attention to that. Central location with easy access to the sights if you’re a tourist

Good service, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The room I got wasn't very well located. One window right in front of the restaurant - had to leave the curtains closed all the time. Also, a bit of noise from the street.

Noisy Parties and no one cares

We stayed for 3 nights. On the 3rd night there was a very noisy party in the room next door. Young men screaming loud music etc. I called down to the front desk and the clerk told me that the group was leaving for town. The noise kept up. I called down again and the clerk then told me that the noise was outside and “wear earplugs “, he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I told him we were in an inner room and that is was not outside and he needed to come up to our room and listen. He refused to. So I had to go out into the hall in my PJs to figure out which room it was (it was right next store). I had to call down a 3rd time and the clerk finally came up and shut down the party. Horrible service to just blow me off that many times. The only reason I give them a “2” for the service is before this on the first two nights the service was much better. I do not feel like the service is at the same level as the other Thon hotels we have stayed at
