「Over all not bad 」

「I used to live here. Very quiet and peaceful 」

「Excellent staff both of the front office to the maintenance man to the wonderful ladies doing the laundry and cleaning the rooms」

「Great location for my visit to the area. Area seemed to be pretty safe and secure. Room door lock was not functioning properly.」

「Property, outside of the rooms that look recently renovated, is poorly maintained. Ice machine is broken. Soda machines can’t take cash and card reader is iffy. Counter staff wasn’t friendly. Not rude, but clearly felt inconvenienced checking customers in. A value for sure. You get what you pay for. 」

「Loved everything about it」

「I walked to Honeymoon Island and then took the ferry to Caladesi Island. The Hotel was peaceful and the gym is very good. It’s one of the few that I’ve seen stocked with dumbbells and great mats. The breakfast was good and coffee always available. So I felt great staying there. The staff all were nice.」

「This property is well situated on US hwy 19. In less than 2 miles you have to multiple eating choices from fast food to restaurants. If you happen to forget something a Walmart is near by to get any essentials. Access to the Sponge Docks is under 10 minutes. If you want a refreshing dip in the hotel pool it is clean and well maintained.The only drawback is that the property is a little dated but given the location and nearby amenities it is extremely well priced.」

「Property well maintained , my room was beautiful i was suprised for the price . Rooms were updated throughout extremely clean i was impressed my king bed was obviously also new with pure white looked brand new the sheets not even a left hair on my towels nor sheets, i definitely would stay there again verses the newer hotels in area. 」

「Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice. The room was nice but the bathroom was a little in need of updating. Rusty sink, dirty door, partially painted walls and runny toilet made it below par. The hallways had wallpaper peeling. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay! Property called us to let us know our room was ready..wow! How nice is that? Room was overlooking water as requested for our anniversary. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Highly recommend!! Onsite tiki bar is awesome!」

「Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. 」
