「Fantastic stay at the Photo Rooms. The building is walking distance to the sites in Syracuse and Otiga Room clean, air-conditioning works great,our Balcony had a view of the sea, and the small breakfast delivered to the room was perfect to start your day. Great communication with Giovanni our host. Easy check in and out. Bus and train station very close, easy walk with luggage So many restaurants and shopping very close. We had a great 3 night getaway」

「Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」
