“The city of Newnan was great. This property is located in a cozy little neighborhood and very close to the adorable downtown area. The home itself is well decorated and it almost felt like we were just staying with a close family friend. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cookware and appliances as well. The only thing with which we were really displeased was the overall cleanliness of the home. It was dusty and seems to be in need of a deep clean. We believe the sheets were clean……

“The Host didn’t communicate that he had a second driveway entrance. He only gave us instructions for one driveway entrance into the rental home. We asked if he had ample space to turnaround and park a truck and boat trailer. He said yes there was ample space. However, that was not accurate. We pulled into the driveway and couldn’t turn the truck and boat around without driving over his plants, bushes and shrubs. It was way too tight to turn around a 20’ bass boat and a crew cab truck. We had to……

“This is the perfect place to stay for your visit to Warm Springs and Callaway! Lots of room to spread out and it’s just a block from downtown shops and restaurants. This is a nice, clean, and charming updated and remodeled older home with a large yard and plenty of parking. We went to the Little White House and Callaway while we were here and they were both easy and fast commutes. We had a great Christmas celebration with family and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Tremendously clean and organized cottage. Very comfy. Everything needed for a good time at the lake was provided! Kayak, outdoor games, fire pit, dock, etc. Lee was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The cottage was nice. No TV or Wifi and service was spotty. We had an issue with hot water being off because of lightning but the reset button was on an outlet in the kitchen. The owner lives on the property, and is always there to help. Very remote but peaceful stay. ”
