La location est agréable, la flexibilité d'Audrey est appréciable. Les déconvenues rencontrées sont à imputer à un manque de précisions ou des "oublis" dans sa description. Il n'est pas précisé qu'une envolée de marches vous attend pour accéder à l'appartement ! Lorsque vous avez un problème au genou, l'ascension est difficile. Les photos étant prises du rez-de-chaussée la question ne s'est pas posée. La télévision n'a jamais fonctionné car les connections n'ont pas été faites en amont et malgré l'intervention de la propriétaire la télévision n'a pas fonctionné. Pour l'électricité, plus de courant et il a été impossible de reconnecter le compteur électrique. Quant au parking, il faut préciser qu'une venue par les transports est impérative. La propriétaire m'a accordée une journée supplémentaire pour un départ le 2 juin à 110. Pour toutes ces raisons j'aurais souhaité un geste commercial car il me semble que j'ai cumulé ! Mais ela a été refusé. Voilà un peu dommage tout cela.

Appartement charmant et cosy, très bien situé , au bord de la mer et à 5mn à pied des premiers commerces . Décoration raffinée. Très jolies vues , côté mer et côté campagne. Calme, idéal pour un séjour romantique en amoureux. Bonne literie, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits.

Beau petit studio face à la mer! le soleil était au rdv donc parfait pour manger sur la terrasse extérieure. très propre et aménagé avec gout. Accueil chaleureux de Valérie. Peut-être serait il envisageable des rideaux occultant et un grand plateau pour pouvoir emporter facilement le déjeuner sur la terrasse. Studio plein de charme et lumineux, agrémenté d’une superbe terrasse vue mer et, cerise sur le gâteau, son accès direct à la plage. Ce lieu est vraiment propice aux belles balades ressourçantes, à la lecture, la détente et la contemplation. Lovely Apartment in a beautiful area!

The studio was nice and the time we spent there was perfect. I loved the sea view and the beautiful terrasse next to the beach. We woke up by the seagulls in the morning which gave us an extra holiday feeling. The welcoming was friendly and warm and the equipment of the apartment is enough for two adults for one week and very tasteful.

Great place in a great location

Lovely and charming apartment in the best location. We enjoyed being right by the beach and even though the apartment doesn’t have a balcony, we loved our table, chairs and parasol on the front terrace where we enjoyed our meals and the stunning view of the beach. Highly recommend it.

Excellent séjour, calme et ressourçant. Studio très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et accès direct sur la plage. Lieux très charmants . Bibliothèque vraiment très appréciée, variée et abondante : une vraie pépite pour les amoureux de la littérature et des arts .Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Meublé avec goût et soin, l'appartement est très agréable. L'accès à la terrasse (et sa petite table dédiée) face à la plage est un véritable atout. La personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est acceuillante et réactive. Nous garderons un joli souvenir de notre séjour.

Trouville entre terre et mer , entre aujourd'hui et autrefois.

Nous avons passé trois jours délicieux dans ce lieu plein de charme , de culture et d'air iodé. Tout près du centre animé de Trouville et face à la partie la plus "sauvage" de sa plage , ce studio nous a offert une occasion merveilleuse de nous ressourcer en cette fin 2020 et au tout début de la nouvelle année. La vue sur la mer , depuis la cuisine est aussi belle qu'un tableau et, le soir , la villa Montebello éclairée est féérique . Il est précisé sur la porte des toilettes que les livres sont ceux de la maison , nous avons respecté cette consigne......à grand regret , il y a tant à relire ou à découvrir!! Merci à Valérie pour la gentillesse et la souplesse de son accueil. Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir partagé avec nous ce petit coin de paradis. Sylvie et Alain VALENTIN
