Perfection!

Eric’s appartement is perfectly located, truly there is no better location in Trouville! The views and beach at the doorstep makes the holiday experience perfect. You can smell and hear the sea at the appartment! It is an old manoir, a rare type of stunning buildings on the Norman coast. It is very clean and well equipped. The host and the manager were very accessible and fast to reply. In ither words; pure perfection !

We had a lovely week renting this exceptionally place right on the beach at Trouville sur Mer. The charm of this place and the most helpful and welcoming host Eric made our stay wonderful.

So FUN!!!

Our family had a great trip for a long weekend and this is the perfect location to see Trouville. The kids had a lot of fun and so easy to walk on the beach and get to the boardwalk :) The hosts were fabulous.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce grand appartement idéalement situé face à la plage. Très joliment décoré spacieux et pratique et pourvu de tout le nécessaire je le recommande vivement. Martial nous a très bien reçu pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement, il est disponible, a l’écoute de nos questions c’est une personne charmante. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

Nous venons à Trouville avec nos petits enfants depuis quelques années et sommes ravis d’avoir loué pour la 1ère fois ce nouvel appartement disponible au Manoir Normand sur la plage. Parfaitement situé . Propriétaire attentionné. Appartement très élégant. Donnant sur la plage. Vue mer des 3 chambres. Il est au 2ème étage mais c est très bien pendant encore quelques années !

de splendides vacances!

Quel bel endroit que ce manoir Normand. J'ai vu les photos et les commentaires d’un précédent occupant et j'ai retrouvé exactement les mêmes sensations. Une précision juste. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, c'est au second. On peut laisser la poussette en bas et effectivement les courses sont livrées donc aucun problème. Avec mon mari, nous avons adoré. Chacun de nos enfants avait sa chambre, les volumes de cet appartement sont très spacieux et c'est vrai très cosy. Après, Trouville est un endroit magique avec le marché le dimanche, les ballades sur la plage, le tennis, le mini golf, le poney et les enfants qui vont à l'atelier de peinture de Philippe Vasseur près de la rue des bains. Cela fait 6 ans que nous venons régulièrement à Trouville et cet appartement est pour moi le plus sympa que nous ayons loué : bien placé, magnifique, élégant offrant tout ce dont nous avons besoin, nickel, et avec un propriétaire hyper réactif et charmant. On reviendra!

Magnifique appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Directement sur la plage, nous avons pu profiter des planches de Trouville avec tout ce qu'elles offrent en activités pour toute la famille La disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire et de la personne qui nous a accueilli nous ont mis dans les meilleures conditions pour profiter pleinement de cette vue incroyable et cet emplacement unique. Super WE à refaire

Longtemps j'ai rêvé de loger dans un de ces magnifique manoir sur les planches de Trouville ! C'est chose faite au "Manoir Normand" un lieu chargé d'histoire et de raffinement. Ce weekend fut magique : d'abord car la prestation était à la hauteur de ce rêve : idéalement situé, sur la plage, juste après les tennis, tout se fait à pied et Monoprix livre les courses dans l'appartement, ensuite, l'aménagement est raffiné, on se sent comme dans un cocon, avec une mention particulière pour la chambre parentale avec son plafond cathédrale et une charpente exceptionnelle. L'autre atout de cet appartement est qu'il est spacieux, nous étions 2 adultes et nos 4 enfants répartis en 3 chambres. Literie et linge de maison d'excellente qualité (tout est neuf), cuisine parfaitement aménagée (induction, micro onde, robot, four, lave vaisselle, frigo américain immense avec congélateur...). Côté multimédia tout y est : wifi, écrans plats dans salon et chambre parentale, enceinte Bluetooth Hamon Kardon. À noter qu'une machine à laver séchante est aussi mise à disposition, même si pour le week end je ne m'en suis pas servie. Les WC sont indépendants. Il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche, c'est peut être l'unique faiblesse de cet endroit divin. Le dernière chose exceptionnelle est la vue sur la mer, avec des couchers de soleil comme on rêve d'en voir en dégustant un bon vin rouge dans nos bergères ! Éric est un hôte parfait qui a tout fait pour nous faciliter les chose. L'endroit est très propre. Bref, c'est aujourd'hui notre adresse de prédilection pour passer une semaine en famille, en amoureux ou avec un couple d’amis.
