Cons: - Expensive - Loft bed accessible by a ladder that, when in place, blocks access to the bathroom. - Bedding would be greatly improved by adding a comforter and better pillows - Very low ceiling in the shower. If you are over 5'7, it will be rather uncomfortable. - Very small hot water tank - Door can blow open in the middle of the night during stormy periods."
