We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel in a beautiful and lively town. The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they locked up our bags and gave us a map with recommendations of where to tour and eat. The room was large, beautiful and clean. The restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend

Elegant, chic decor, terraces and gardens welcome photographs! Glamorous bedroom with generous bathroom accessories and towels. Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved the parking in advance for a charge !!!!! Very glad we did that.

A wonderful, historic property. Exposed beams, lovely garden. A stand up shower would have elevated the room (petit Louvre) from good+ to excellent. Allowances made to allow for historical preservation.

We had a wonderful stay. What an absolute treasure. The most beautiful room at top of building. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed on a Sunday night so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Very helpful lovely staff. I would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely quiet part of Troyes but all easy walking distance. Perfect
