“This is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi Old Town area. It is close to the center and the walking street. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The house team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this place again. The price performance ratio is very good! ”

“Right in the heart of Hanoi. Hustle Bustle. Like any warm country, windows may be thin so can hear rooster crowing early in am. Was charming. Earplugs solved that problem. Cafe below met all our needs. Try the egg coffee there. You are close to market vendors to get breakfast, fruit etc. enjoyable stay!!”

“HOME KEY's place was everything we could have asked for. The location is amazing. It is surrounded by coffee shops, convenient stores and street food vendor. The room itself is perfect for a solo/couple travelers with all of the basics including a washing machine. The AC has heating mode, the room is sparkling clean, and in great shape. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious apartment which is within walking distance of many of the main attractions. It is surrounded by numerous places to eat and shops selling everything you can think of. Don’t be put off when you arrive by the alley. Instructions for gaining entry were excellent. The apartment is huge, comfy bed, their own ensuite facilities and good air con. We found the kitchen small, basic and good enough equipped. However, you are surrounded by many places where……

“When we first stumbled upon this flat on Expedia, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mei is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and rooftop are excellent. The location is incredible. Mei had excellent restaurant recommendations……

“コンドミニアムタイプで広い部屋で、全体的には良かった。 しかし、チェックイン予定時間を伝えて行ったが、まだ清掃中。 なんと、清掃員が部屋の中でカップラーメンを食べていた。 荷物だけ置いて、夜戻るとまだ残り香が。 部屋の細かい備品がなかったりしたのが残念。 具体的には、バスタオルのみしかなく(東横インのタオルだった(^^))ちょっと黒ずんでいた。 ハンドタオル、足拭きタオル、ゴミ箱、ティッシュペーパー、等がなかった。 鍋やフライパンも付属されていたが、かなり使い込んでいて、使う気にはなれなかった。 部屋内に、小さな虫がたくさんいたので、虫嫌いの人はちょっと無理かも。 施設自体、利便性や建物の新しさは良いが、以上の改善点が見直されたら、最高点が出せた施設でした。”
