Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home was great! Location was close to the village, ample area outside for kids to play and quick shuttle.

We really cannot be much happier with this property. With the Northstar shuttle pick up at your front door (download the app) and a fully stocked house, made our stay 100% amazing. We would come back in an instant. My only request would be to have a folder with information on the property and how best to take advantage of the app to the resort and the guest pass for the local community center. We really appreciated the house and made the most of our time in the snow. Thank you!

The house is in a great location, and the check in and check out process was simple. Communication would sometimes take a while. We were requesting an extra 30 min to check out as check out is quite early and due to the rain it was taking us a bit longer to load up the car, and never heard from them despite calling and emailing. What was really difficult was that the refrigerator was broken, which meant that there wasn’t a good place to store our food. Some of the dishes that were in the cabinet were also encrusted with food. They also require a pretty large cleaning deposit or rental insurance, which is an added unexpected cost. The microwave was also broken (and if it works, there was not an obvious way to turn it on).
