Great place to stay for skiing

The big advantage of this property is location. It is right in the village and easy walking to the gondola and restaurants. As other reviews said, the furnishings and style is dated but it was very clean and comfortable.

Switcharoo scam. Not as advertised

We rented a studio with a kitchenette with a balcony facing the village. The rental we were given did not have a kitchenette, faced the parking lot, and was very rundown. It certainly wouldn't rent for the amount we were charged. We brought this to the attention of the RedAwning property manager and asked for a partial refund since we didn't receive what we paid for. I contacted them 3 times. Each time they said they needed to talk to someone else and then crickets. We take several trips to NorthStar each year and have season passes. I will not be using this service in the future. The customer service is terrible.

Great location

I love staying in the village when I go to Northstar, and have always loved the location of the south side condos. They tend to be older style interiors than the north side - a bit run down, rustic feel. We hardly spend any time inside the room so it serves its function well. Minor issues - very noisy at noise and no complimentary shower soap. We called security regarding the noise and they said that they couldn't address it unless it persists after 10pm (which it did, and then they addressed it - annoying). To our surprise, the room was serviced while we were on the slopes, but there was never any complimentary soap left behind, which was different than every other room/condo we've stayed at in Northstar over the years. Absolutely loved the parking and proximity to Copper Lane!
