Solid basic accommodation, a bit overpriced for the quality (dated furniture, musty carpet small) but good simple setup for what we needed, and convenient location at Donner Lake.

It was close to the ski slopes. A marker and restaurants were within 3 miles. Enough room for 4 adults. Even the pull out bed was comfortable
