SKI IN/OUT-WALK TO NORTHSTAR VILLAGE 2 BEDROOM+LOFT


This condo has the flexibility within a 5 minute walk to get you to the ski trails that take you to both Village Gondola's and chair lift. Ski in is even easier!!! Take the Coyote Run off Home Run to finish up across the street from the condo. This assumes sufficient snow coverage. The Village is a 5 minute walk along a dedicated lighted path. Two Parking Passes are included with each rental.
This non-smoking unit has completely been remodeled. The kitchen includes an island, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, dual Keurig coffee maker & toaster. It has been fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The open design of the kitchen leads to the living area that includes a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV with Spectrum Streaming, comfortable leather seating and dining for six. Adjacent to the living area is a balcony. The unit includes wireless 500 Mbps internet for your virtual requirements.

The bathroom has been remodeled in tile, and features a large shower stall. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, Streaming TV, a dresser, large closet with an iron and ironing board. A narrow staircase leads to the 2nd floor loft and separate bedroom. The loft has a bunk bed, a large TV w/o cable service but with DVD, VHS player, Game Cube with games, movies and board games. The upstairs bedroom includes 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and Spectrum Streaming TV.

No Ski Leases are Available.

NORTHSTAR RECREATION CENTER
This unit includes access to the Northstar Property Owner Association for a $10 fee per person. It includes:

We had a great summer stay here. Beds and linens are really comfortable and soft and the kitchen is well set up for cooking. The kids loved the loft and the “skinny stairs” Easy access to the lake (12 mins from KB) and lots of fun stuff to do. Rent bikes or giant paddle boards from Wes at All Around Tahoe!! Sunsets at Sand Harbor and Donner Pass not to be missed.

The condo was somewhat small, but very nice. Great location in the Northstar Village, which is like a scene from a Hallmark movie. It's a few minutes away from the action of the lake, so if you're looking to stay someplace across on the main strip of the lake, you'd need to pick another place. But, it's a short drive (15 minutes to the lake) and the seclusion and the overall Northstar Village atmosphere is awesome. Working with the host was very easy and everything went as promised. I would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home!

This was truly our best trip to Tahoe! We visit annually and we always book with VRBO. This property is located at Northstar Village and it was such a treat to explore the resort with the family. Rollerskating, great restaurants, the gondola, and beautiful views for hiking. We even saw a bear crossing in the parking lot, which was a real treat for us. The owner was very communicative with all the details about check-in/check-out, shuttle schedule, keys, recreation center, etc. The property was fully equipped with all the necessities (and more) for our 1-week stay. Cookware, spices, and refrigerator condiments were plentiful. Didn’t have to shop for anything else except for food was a REAL plus! We don’t like to waste whole bottles of olive oil, mayo, or ketchup during our trips, so it was nice that they kept this stuff in stock for travelers to use. Home itself was extremely clean and everything was where it should be — from the kitchen, to the bathroom, living room, and to the bedrooms. Fully equipped with fans, tvs, even a game cube, plugs for your electronics, hangers, plenty of storage space, and even chairs/umbrella for the lake! Was pleasantly surprised as this place had everything to make this such an enjoyable experience with the kids. Thank you so much, Christina! Would definitely book again and hope to visit again soon during the winter season!

Peaceful Mountain Escape

We took our 4 year old daughter for an early summer getaway in the mountains. The condo is very clean, cozy, and quiet, just as described with a very comfortable queen mattress. This was the perfect location with a short walk to the village. The host was very quick to respond, gave helpful information, and was flexible in letting us check out a little late when my daughter slept in later than usual. We’ll be happy to stay here again!

Wonderful Northstar getaway

This is the second time we stayed in this cabin for our Northstar ski vacation. This time, my teenager wanted to invite some friends. The cabin's set up with bunk bed and twin beds is ideal for a large group. The owner is very responsive and the location is super convenient!!

Great stay, easy access to Northstar

Stayed here for a week to ski/snowboard at NS. Lovely home and great space for our family of 5. We didn't spend much time in the home as hanging out in the NS Village and of course doing the slopes took most of our time, but it was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Easy 5 min walk to a trail run (Condo Run) that allows you to ski/snowboard down to the Village. Will be back again!

We enjoy ski trails condos very much ! No need to drive after you arrive ! Slopes are a 1minute walk! This place is so big and beautiful! We only had 2 people but you could easily have your family or a few friends! All of the convenience of home! Love it!!

Great for Skiers

Very nice condo. Great location, plenty of parking. A short walk to the run to the lifts. There were only two of us but there are enough beds for 6. This would be great for a small family. Probably the nicest snow is on the run back to the condo. Skiing back to the condo is easy for even for a beginner. There is a green run which we took to the chairlift, but if you take that one back you hae a slight uphill walk. The other access is a very nice blue run. Then the walk is all downhill. We loved our time here.

The property is in a great location for skiing and getting to the village. The condo was well stocked and with a good internet connection and even a VHS player our kids were fascinated with. Most importantly, Christina was an awesome host and super helpful with getting us through the massive snow storm. Would rent this condo again for sure!

Amazing, great experience!

Beautiful condo, close to Northstar Village. Check-in was easy and Christina made sure we had all the information we needed so that we had no problems. Clean and nicely appointed with plenty of space for our family of 4 (two teenagers). Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We will stay again!

Clean condo, well appointed, great host

The condo was just as shown in the pictures -- very clean and well appointed. The host sent some helpful details before the trip and was very responsive during our stay. Our kids enjoyed spreading out in the upstairs bedroom and loft, and got a kick out of playing some of the vintage video games. I'd stay here again.

Great place. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils/equipment. Even spices! Plenty of paper towels, TP, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Small walk to slopes and village. Easy to jump on chairlift in the morning and avoid crowds!

Great home away from home

We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size and setup. The kids had places to go to get away when they needed to and we were able to spend quality time together. The snow was not great but this is very close to all activities. Wonderful home away from home.
