This delightful residence offers a family room with a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, a complete kitchen, plus a breakfast bar and dining table for two. Additional features include a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Please note this residence does not offer air conditioning.

Guests will enjoy gondola and forest views, and the convenience of walking to Village at Northstar dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. A swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and summertime tennis courts are also available (with paid rec fee), as well as free seasonal shuttle service to Northstar California ski resort.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.
