“This is the standard one bedroom suite at Everline. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is spacious, pullout couch is actually very comfortable. “This place needs a renovation. Cabinets and furniture are old and worn. The showerglass doors won’t open properly and easily jump out of their tracks presenting a hazard. There is only hanging closet space. Common amenities like the gym are also ancient and low quality. That said, the location is great for a palisades and booking and check in were easy. ”

The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”
