「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.」

「El personal fue muy respetuoso y muy amable, La habitación completamente Limpia , el baño limpio,las sábanas y almohadas limpias , la calefacción en excelentes condiciones, en la recepción siempre me tratan muy bien .es un excelente lugar para pasar una estadía corta o larga... El internet es un poco lento ,pero estoy seguro que ese detalle puede mejorar , es un lugar execelente y las personas de la recepción son muy respetuosos y amables ........like. Espero quedarme otra vez en un futuro no...

「Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. 」
