What a joke, worst place ever, too bad for words

What a joke this place was. Worst place have ever stayed, anywhere, including Africa. Firstly, no address provided, as they don’t have one. Tried to request address by email. No reply. The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls. Arrived in Voi late evening, managed to phone them to get directions to the place, up a rough dirt track which was impossible to follow. Finally sent a person on a push bike to find us. The place is a house in the scrub, impossible to find, no signs at all. Finally arrived at 11pm. The place has nothing provided other than hand soap and towels. No kettle, tea bags etc, filthy old tea towel, no flyscreens so can’t open windows on a hot night. Everything terrible. Following morning after leaving, start getting phone calls saying we didn’t pay, 13 in total. What a joke. This place shouldn’t be on hotel.com. Warning. Do not stay here!
