Perla Beach Villa sits right on the water’s edge, where the Ionian Sea meets the sky. Blending traditional Zakynthian architecture with modern luxury, this 300 m² villa features expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces for up to 10 guests.

Inside, the villa is spread across two levels, offering five en-suite bedrooms—four in the main building and one separate guest room for added privacy. The upper level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, dining area, and garden with BBQ. Each room is equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling systems.

Outside, guests can enjoy an infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, private verandas with sea views, and beach access with complimentary loungers. Daily housekeeping, a welcome gift, and optional services such as a private chef or yacht charter enhance the tailored experience.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Zakynthos. Private transfers to and from the airport can be arranged. On-site parking is gated and secure. Optional yacht rental and helicopter transfers are also available at extra cost.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. The property operates from May 1 to October 31. Daily cleaning and towel changes are included. Laundry and ironing services are available at an extra charge. No pets or events allowed without prior approval.
