Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you’re visiting your student at the University of Arizona or escaping the winter chill, we know you’ll love staying in our beautifully remodeled Southwest-style bungalow.

This 1,100 sq ft gem features all-new floors, a fully updated kitchen, and modern amenities throughout—while still preserving that cozy desert charm. We’ve stocked everything you could need for a short or extended stay:
full kitchen, new linens, hairdryer, iron, washer/dryer, patio set, and more!

Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms offers a comfy queen bed, closet space (one walk-in, one standard), a dresser, and a cozy reading chair. We also provide extra linens, pillows, and comforters.

Guest Access
Enjoy full access to the house, the charming front porch, a fully fenced backyard, and a covered carport for off-street parking. There’s also extra room for RV parking alongside the home (not covered). Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Guest Interaction
We live nearby and are happy to help if needed—but we also respect your privacy. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for local recommendations. Otherwise, you’re free to relax and enjoy your stay in peace.

Please empty all items from the refrigerator and take with you. We’re putting in the outside trash.

A small group of us stayed here for one night as we made our way to Saguaro National Park. The place was clean, tidy, and a great location. The only reason I’m giving is 4 stars is because the couch was insanely uncomfortable. The sections are in pieces and on wheels.

This place was amazing even better than I imagined. The house is very nice especially the kitchen they had everything you will need. Everything was very clean and nicely put away and the backyard was very cozy. The grill worked very well and I was able to have a great night in this home!

We loved this house. The yard is absolutely beautiful. We rented the place for our baby shower and it was such a great place to host a small get together at. We would def stay here again and can’t wait to check out their other properties.

I was in Tucson because my husband was having surgery nearby they were also very accommodating because of my change in dates. This house was great for myself and my two dogs and has a big yard for them to roam around. Anytime I needed to get a hold of Taylor and Yuko they responded right away so I highly recommend this place!!

Was a perfect get away for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Has everything needed for your stay. Park is a block away, fenced yard for our dogs. Very responsive is any questions were needing to be answered. Location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a nice time visiting with family in Tucson. This house worked out perfectly. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we had everything we needed at this vacation house. The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and bedding (also paper products) are provided. The lounge area with 65 inch smart TV is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The yard is nicely landscaped with mature plantings. Taylor and Yuko are quick to respond to any questions. The property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Target etc.

Convenient and easy access to U of A. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space (although TV options were disappointing). Right near bike blvd and wonderful place for morning runs and walks. Backyard was great but could use some landscaping. Also did not realize there was a separate Apt on the property. The dogs nearby were loud. And the Vrbo listing promised a grill but sadly the only one was too old to work. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

We came into town for our first Covid-era outdoor show in downtown Tucson. We were traveling with our elderly, well-behaved dog and needed a place for him to do his business. This house worked out well for that but the furniture and beds weren't the most comfortable. The sofa was a sectional and all of the pieces separated constantly. The beds were acceptable for one, but not 2 normal sized adults. There were plenty of options to figure out a way to be comfortable, but it had to be worked through. The air conditioning was amazing though!

We enjoyed the house except for a stray cat that was left in the house before we got there. Luckily we are cat people and worked around a cat urine issue with the bed. Owner was very accommodating and washed everything or us. He helped us capture the cat and get it back to the owners who stayed before us. This was completely out of their control but one of the risks with a pet friendly VRBO house. I would not expect this to be an issue again.
