Family visit
We were visiting family across the street. Wonderful location and fabulous views. After we locked ourselves out the first day Ken helped us get back in. Very quick response. Plenty of coffee and laundry detergent. HVAC system worked well. House is a bit dated but served our purpose for the stay.

Solid experience overall. Super clean. Beautiful backyard setting/views. clear and timely communication with the property owner. Easy instructions left inside for how to use TV, garage door, etc. Only downside is that the property finishes (countertops, cabinetry, shower, fixtures, etc.) are very outdated. This would not hinder me from renting from this property again and in fact, the pictures online represent what you were getting so big.

I just love it here. It is my second time visiting Green Valley and staying at this property. It's peaceful and you can't beat the view! And it's a reasonable distance to many birding hot spots. And that is what we came for!!

Spacious, clean and well stocked
This is a well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of a lush wash that extends for half a mile with a wonderfully maintained hiking trail the length of the wash. Being on the edge of the wash provides an excellent view of the valley and nearby mountain range. The host provides one of the most detailed guides I have ever seen in a rental property, and he was very responsive to my questions during the booking process..

A Delight in Desert Hills
This property is conveniently located to everything a traveller needs but it felt like an oasis in the desert. It's location in the community allows for beautiful unobstructed views and plentiful birding right from the back porch area. Positively would return to this property when in the Green Valley area.

Green Valley Getaway
Perfect setup and nice accommodations. If you are looking for great golf and easy access to Tucson to Tubac, this is it. Very quiet and beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Santa Rita Bliss
Love this property and host, Ken is great. Being next to the wash area there are quail, roadrunners and a plethora of birds. Very peaceful with the Santa Rita mountains in full view from the property. The house had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a memorable stay—- hate to leave.

Lovely Home with Awesome Mountain views
We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this property. Everything we needed was provided. There are only three suggestions we have for the property owner as follows: 1) Hamilton Beach Blender (kitchen) has an electric smell when used. It worked but leaked and had a strong electrical odor. It is time to consider replacing it as there may be a shock risk. 2) Consider putting the dining table overhead light on a dimmer switch as it is so bright, we had to wear ball caps when playing games or eating, as we take medications that make us light sensitive. We have dimmer switches at home which we sorely missed while staying here. This would improve the aesthetic of having meals and playing games at this VRBO. 3) The vinyl blinds throughout the home are missing pieces/slats, which diminishes privacy. We were unable to close the dining room blinds on the side window next to the sliding door as the mechanism was thoroughly stuck, so we just had to leave the blind open all week which again, diminished privacy. The kitchen blind slat literally fell out into the sink when we opened the kitchen blind on our arrival. We placed the fallen slat on top of the fridge. We would highly recommend the owner consider replacing the main living area and kitchen blinds. There was also a slat missing in the master bedroom sliding door blind. Other than this, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed playing several Scrabble games with the Scrabble game Ken provided. We would definitely recommend this VRBO for cleanliness and overall comfort.

Lovely Casita!
Very comfortable, extremely clean casita with a great location that we enjoyed very much. Ken was quick to respond to all questions, & was always very helpful. He also filled out tenant forms so we could purchase a GVR card for the week, enabling us to use the top notch fitness and pool facilities, which were close to the casita.

Wonderful views in Green Valley
This property had everything that we needed. It was especially convenient to have use of the garage to protect the car from the hot Arizona sun. We made use of both patio areas, the large television and sectional in the living room and the well equipped kitchen.

Awesome Home
This private home is exceptionally clean. The home has lots of space and comfortable furniture. Loved the location at the end of a road with use of the garage. Covered patio with 2 different sitting areas and a private backyard. Nice community neighborhood to walk around in. Unfortunately we arrived too late on a Fri to get the community recreation center passes, which would've been nice, but maybe next time. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental and would not hesitate to rent here again.

Great location with beautiful desert view and trails. Proximity to Tucson for medical appointments was ideal. Everything needed was provided. Especially convenient to have a secure garage. Will book this property for future Tucson visits if available.

The perfect setting!
This house was perfect for us. There was a wash on the side of the house that kept us looking for animals. Coyote, quail, hummingbird, woodpecker, buzzards, bunnies and javelinas. The house was clean and very relaxing. Just the kind of house we would like to buy!!

Green Valley Oasis
The location was ideal. The street ended at the house. Then a path begins down the arroyo. For birders, it would be a wonderful place to stay. The house itself was very nice. It had a unique layout. We spent most of our time on the patio. It was a windy week, the patio was located so we were out of the wind.

Great location
This house was perfect for hanging out in the evenings after long days of exploring the area. Very conveniently located to the Titan Missile Museum and the Pima Air & Space Museum and Madeira Canyon. I loved the walking path that was behind the house. We saw baby birds, rabbits and gorgeous views of the mountains. I definitely would stay here again!!!

Lovely location.
My husband and I had a wonderful time. The reason for our visit wasn’t exactly the most pleasant. It was a memorial for my father. My husband and I are truly two people that like to stay in enjoy our evenings barbecuing. We had everything we needed. Perfect mornings out on the patio in the sun by afternoon the patio was very comfortable in the heat. I’m thinking maybe a fan out on the patio would be nice but it was fine without. Just a short drive to Tubac to do some shopping. And also a short drive to Madera Canyon for a picnic. We did not come prepared to hike but we will the next time. Plenty of places to go. Totally recommend this place.

Peace in the desert
We rented a motorcycle to tour the riding trails south of Tucson, and needed a quiet home base to return to in the evenings, and Ken's place was perfect. It was the single most well-stocked rental we've ever stayed at, bar none: spices were even provided! The view is better than the pictures show, and the tennis courts were fantastic. When (not if) we come back, we'll be staying here again!

Very good but the kitchen faucet needed help. The bbq was out of gas and needed a good crate clean. I would return in the winter months in 2021 as the area is beautiful and offers many walking trails.

We stayed here while house hunting in the area. The location was great, and the views were perfect for relaxing. Everything was provided in the kitchen for cooking. The patio had a grill and we even had a little fire in the chimenea.

Santa Rita Casita
We had 3 months here and it was fabulous! Ken is a marvelous host, responsive and attentive to our requests and details. The home is charming and comfortable, the location at the end of the street next to the arroyo is private and beautiful. We enjoyed the access to the trails and wildlife abounds there among the cacti and trees. We can’t wait to go back to Green Valley next winter and enjoy it all over again!

Wonderful Condo in Green Valley
We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo in Green Valley. It was perfect for our needs. It was well-stocked with the necessities and super clean. The furniture was comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The owner was accommodating with our schedule and quickly responded to messages. We would recommend this condo to others and would be happy to stay there again ourselves.

Wonderful house to rent. Well equipped, easy access to shopping & golf courses. Owner very responsive & prompt with replies. I highly recommend this rental. My one suggestion is to replace the large couch with a couple comfortable chairs & maybe a loveseat.
