The home is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay -super clean, great comfy furniture, like-new appliances, extra towels/linens, a nice welcome basket. The property is very nice in many ways and comes with a great pool. The host is very responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed this property more than recent stays elsewhere. The only thing we didn't like was that the furniture seemed cheap and the beds were hard. They did the job, nevertheless.

Lovely oasis

My sister and I had a peaceful, restful time at this lovely house. We enjoyed the proximity to walking and riding paths with access from the neighborhood. With the warm weather, it was perfect to have the nice cool pool in the backyard. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The communication was helpful and they were very considerate. We would definitely stay there again.

Best rental property we have ever had!

This is by far the best rental experience we have ever had. The house was impeccably clean, everything was labeled, drawers, switches, cabinets, there was nothing we could not find. The house was in a great neighborhood and very close to stores and restaurants. This property was very clean, new, and had everything we needed and more! The pool, sitting area, with gas fireplace was nice after a long drive from Colorado. Great home in a great location!

We loved the layout and size of the home. I especially loved all of the natural light! Home is very comfortable, oftentimes the furniture is based off of looks and horribly uncomfortable. This is not at all the case! The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. Pool and patio area is clean and beautifully decorated. We originally reserved another home from the same owners but had some AC issues so now I can say we were lucky enough to see both listings, both of which I will not hesitate to rent from next time we are visiting family.

Lovely, private place for a quiet getaway.

This house is exceptionally well appointed - they truly thought of everything guests might need during their stay. The pool in the back makes it a great option for a family with kids - and the hosts provided all sorts of pool toys for enjoying it. The house itself is full of light with many skylights - I kept thinking I needed to turn the lights off, but it was just the sun! There are many amenities to enjoy, no matter which way your interests go. We made great use of the TV in the great room, but they also have an ample supply of games for a family. The hosts also provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat - we took advantage of many of those suggestions. All in all - a terrific stay at a terrific place!

Great place to get away

We very much enjoyed our ~week at the property. It was a wonderful place to get away and enjoy time off. The house is comfortable and comfortably furnished. The outdoors is private, quiet and well appointed. We cooked with ease and the location makes it easy to get to restaurants, parks and stores. The wash behind the house was a neat and close place to park. The owners were excellent in communication and responsiveness. A few minor issues were speedily and attentively addressed. I comment only as a compliment to the hosts vs the nature of the issues. We had no complaints - the entire experience was terrific and we would gladly return!

Awesome Place

I stumbled upon the Casa Serenidad listing while planning a last minute trip to the Tucson area. It seemed too good to be true by checking all of the boxes of everything we were looking for. The bed was comfy, house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and the back yard fire pit area are perfect for relaxing. There are plenty of games which we enjoyed. We took walks around the extremely quiet neighborhood every night and the views are amazing. The owners were very helpful with useful info in a guest book to navigate the house and surrounding area and they also have a basket of goodies and useful items around the house. Pat was quickly responsive anytime I had a question. I would Definitely recommend and/or stay here again if in the area!
