Relax with the family in a well appointed home that wraps you in the charm of the Northeast. Enjoy the quiet gated community close to shopping and restaurants off of the I-10 and near Cortaro Rd, 20 min away from downtown. Experience Saguaro National Park and the many trails Tucson has to offer! We are a couple of traveling musicians, our home is your Cortaro Sweet Home when we are away!

BEDROOMS:
• Room 1: Master bedroom is furnished with king bed in superior quality mattress, hypoallergenic sheets, plush pillows, a walk-in closet, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and private bathroom. Turn dimmable pendant lights on/off on wall behind nightstands.

• Room 2: Includes Queen Bed with high quality mattress, hypoallergenic covers, comfy pillows, a closet.

• Air Mattress provided upon request.

BATHROOMS: This listing comes with 2 bathrooms. Both have hot water, LED anti fog mirrors, and are fully supplied with essential toiletries like shampoo, toilet paper, towels and hair dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: A fully functional kitchen area that features an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials.

LIVING ROOM: Our living room area features a wall mounted 72" Smart TV.

OUTDOOR/PARKING AREA: Two parking spaces are available on driveway, there is an extra designated parking area at no cost, right outside the community's gate if needed.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire house, front and backyard, except garage. Garage and chimney not available.
