Green Valley Get Away

This beautiful Villa is in the age restricted, (55 & older) town of Green Valley, Arizona. We are located less than 5 minutes from 3 beautiful golf courses. It sits high above the Santa Cruz River Valley, with amazing views of the Santa Rita Mountains. One bedroom with two queen size beds, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, tub & shower, washer and dryer, two large flat screen TV's, with Wi-Fi, fully furnished kitchen and outdoor patio with spectacular mountain views. Enjoy the community pool, hot tub and sauna directly across the street, which are heated year round!
An attached studio room is also available with king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV, shower and tub for an additional fee.

Great place

A great location, spacious and well equipped. The only suggestion is pruning the bush so the 30 is easier to see. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful excellent location

The rental was spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. The pool and spa were clean, quiet and lovely. The view of the mountains from the back patio was very nice. I recommend this rental for anyone travelling to the area.

This property is outfitted with everything you will need. The owner was extremely helpful if you had a question. The neighborhood is very quiet and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Mountain View

Great quiet neighborhood. The Mountain View from the patio was beautiful with sunrise and sunset. The dark sky’s were a treat with all the stars and also a full moon. Kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans for making meals and the grill we used often.

Comfie and nice neighborhood

We spent 5 nights and we were comfortable & cozy. The location was excellent for going just about anywhere. Nice friendly neighbors, lots of dog walkers. Outdoor furniture was well taken care of as well as the BBQ, complete with briquettes and starter fluid. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, just missing a cheese grater (at least we could not find one). Plenty of towels provided. We would stay again.

Clean & nicely stocked

The unit was perfectly clean and we had all that we needed for a our week stay including the sometimes forgotten items like a wine opener :) I would certainly rent here again. The neighborhood is nice and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the javalinas through the dining room window. Nice view of the mountains and sunsets. The adjoining unit is quite close so plan to hear others if that side is also rented out-or best case scenario rent both sides and bring an extra guest!

Everything was great, but the best part was the back patio that had a full view of the mountains. We'd stay again, but they are already booked up.

This was my second time renting this property and it is fantastic. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Green Valley. The beds are comfortable. The unit is immaculate and well stocked. The couch is very comfortable. The AC works great. The pool is quiet and beautiful. Nice ciew of the Santa Cruz Mountains from the patio as shown in the uploaded photo.

Great place to stay

This property was GREAT. Clean, in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, plus lots of windows that made it cheerful. Nicole had the kitchen stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the hot tub which was right across the street and watching the Javelina wandering around. I would love to stay here again but unfortunately it is already booked for next year

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view

The villa is spacious, clean and has a beautiful view. It is very roomy and great location. Javelina are everywhere but seem harmless unless they feel threatened by a dog or person. I personally like sharing space with animals that we took their space from. The view from the windows and patio are breathtaking. I wish I could post pictures. I would definitely come back. Lots of history. The copper mine tour was fascinating. The host responsive, great experience.
