Great condo on Rillito Riverwalk

Great location right next to St Phillips plaza. Brand new very clean condo and location is perfect for walks on the riverwalk. Loved this place!

Just Perfect

Was in Tucson visiting my daughter. The property was very clean and inviting. It was just perfect for hanging out and enjoying the Tucson sunshine. All the amenities were just what we needed and the pool and adjacent river walk were wonderful.

Quiet and cozy.

Hidden gem! Very quiet, clean, and close to the walking trail. Loved to walk on the trail each morning! Would book again when in Tucson. Easy to get around to very thing we wanted.

What a nice place! We loved: *Closeness to restaurants*Closeness to a wide range of hiking opportunities and the walking/running path behind the condo*Updated and CLEAN condo, fully stocked with everything we needed for light cooking*Great communication with the ownersI can't think of anything we would change. Clean and cozy

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Christopher was very responsive. We stayed here for Family Weekend at U of A and it was an easy drive to and from campus. Loved the Rialto River walk path being out the back door.

Comfortable modern condo.

Had a great stay at this pretty condo. Very comfortable and great location. Arrived and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Management made right very quickly. Did come to notice that night there was food and whatever else on the floors. So we took the vacuum & did them ourselve

Spring 2025 stay Tucson

The rental unit was very nice and modern. It was perfect for us. The location is steps from the Tucson loop which is perfect for cycling. Everything is easy to access by walking (stores, very good restaurants and entertainment). You rarely need to use your car. The pool and spa were very appreciated after a cycling or hiking. We are planing to come back next year.

The perfect space

The space is adorable and as pictured. It was just for two and perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay and the distance to U of A for a graduation ceremony.

Check in was seamless and message communication was timely and helpful. The week prior to rental we were given the option to add a day on the front and a couple on the back if needed. So, we were able to check in early one day rather than rent somewhere else. Three big hits for us on this property was: 1) location was secure, no traffic as it was toward the end of the condo complex; 2) the walk/bike trail access which follows the Rillito River’s dry bed. Absolutely the best; and lastly, 3) St Thomas Catholic Church located in the Catalina Foothills. Wonderful church with the best homilies! If we return to Tucson, we will rent this condo again. Worked out great for us!
