Loved accessible bathroom. We bought non slips rubber mats . It be good if you bought a tub board which creates a seat in any tub and is a big help for mobility issues at a cheap price . Under $100. Propane tank out side was almost empty . The unit had a bit of a stale smell on entering.

Annual Visit to Tucson

Had a nice stay. The condo needed some TLC in the cleaning department. However, the property manager was in touch and remedied the problem within reason. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Nice condo

Pros: The condo was relatively clean and in a very convenient location. The kitchen had basic items, with enough dishes for 4 people. The showers were good with plenty of linens. The view out back was lovely. Cons: One bedroom had a bed that was very high and hard to get into. In the other bedroom, the bed was almost on the floor with a hard mattress. Because it is a ground-level condo, we could hear water, flushing, and footsteps above us.

Communication

Patio was dirty, no gas for the outdoor fire table, no hot tub by our condo. There was no welcome book for information and the person I texted kept referring to it. We salt and pepper in the shakers. Our trip was fine, communication and the online help was not good.

So disappointing

Our stay was riddled with problems. Let's start with cockroaches and colony of ants found inside. Outside patio dirty, no information guide to learn all about the workings of the condo. Call to rep was in the Caribbean. Local rep was off the clock at 4:15 and could not come over. We gave up. We vow never to stay in a corporate owned VRBO again.
