「First VRBO stay and this property was perfect. Exactly as described by host Todd. Todd was in touch thru out the while process. The casita had everything we needed and more. It was so clean and fresh. Parking was so easy right at front door. We were able to walk to so many restaurants. Our grandson walked from UofA in 18 minutes from his dorm.Will definitely be staying here next time we go to Tucson.Check in and out easy. 」

「We spent 5 days at the Guest House and it was perfect for our needs. Great location, clean and comfortable. Furnished beautifully. Kitchen is well appointed. The outside patio is private and has a nice view of the mountains. Would recommend without hesitation. 」

「This was the perfect place for our brief desert getaway. The view is spectacular and was the best spot to see fireworks on the 4th from all over the area. I loved watching the birds, lizards and ground squirrels from the deck. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Karen is a friendly hostess with great communication. 「It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up...

「BlenElm guest house worked well for my quick weekend stay. It is conveniently located to the university and a 20 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were not far for a quick drive. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the accommodations especially the comfortable bed and heating unit. It got cold the two nights I was there. Nice big tv and coffeemaker. Sponsor was kind enough to greet me when I arrived. I recommend some floor rugs for safety and warmth on cool nights and early mornings. I...
