"The staff was not very helpful. I asked to have my room cleaned, they told me house cleaning was notified but just decided they didn’t want to clean it. There was no apology they just said whatever basically. I also needed help finding their parking area, unfortunately I do not speak German so I had no idea what was being said. It was very loud when cleaning, I think their cleaning supplies were broken and you could hear an annoying screeching sound throughout the morning."
